We offer professional driveway installation and repair services across the UK, including but not limited to:
- Resin-bound driveways
- Block paving

- Gravel driveways with stabilisation
- Driveway resurfacing and drainage works
All services are subject to site inspection and formal quote approval.
2. Quotes & Site Visits
- Free Site Visit: We provide no-cost, no-obligation site assessments.
- Quotes: All quotes are detailed and include specification of materials, excavation depth, drainage plans, and installation method.
- Validity: Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3. Booking & Scheduling
- Projects are scheduled on a first-confirmed basis.
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
- Exact start dates are weather-dependent and subject to change with notice.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment structure (e.g. deposit, progress payments, and final balance) will be outlined in your quote.
- Final payment is due upon completion and your satisfaction sign-off.
- Late payments may incur interest and/or additional charges.
5. Cancellations & Changes
- Cancellations: Must be submitted in writing. Cancellations after material orders or mobilisation may incur charges.
- Changes: Any mid-project changes (materials, layout, drainage, etc.) must be agreed upon in writing and may affect pricing and timeline.
6. Workmanship Guarantee
We stand behind our workmanship and materials. Driveways installed by us come with a workmanship guarantee (specific terms and durations will be outlined in your quote). This does not cover damage due to misuse, external contractors, or natural events beyond our control.
7. Site Conditions & Access
- Clients must ensure reasonable access to the work area.
- We are not responsible for delays due to restricted access, parked vehicles, or third-party interference.
- We take care to minimise disruption and leave the site tidy, but minor surface scuffs or soil marks may occur near the driveway edges during construction.
8. Planning Permission & Compliance
- While most driveway installations do not require planning permission, it is the client’s responsibility to confirm compliance with local planning regulations.
- We offer guidance on SUDS compliance and can refer you to local authority resources as needed.
9. Limitation of Liability
PL Driveway Installers UK is not liable for:
- Pre-existing issues (e.g. underground utilities, unstable soil not disclosed in the assessment)
- Delays caused by weather, force majeure, or third parties
- Any indirect or consequential loss resulting from installation or delays
10. Use of Website
By using our website, you agree not to copy, reproduce, or misuse any content or functionality. All materials are the intellectual property of PL Driveway Installers UK unless otherwise credited.
11. Privacy Policy
Any personal data collected (via quote forms or email enquiries) is used solely for communication, quote preparation, and service delivery. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
